These terms govern the sale of products through rodrigobarcellos.com (the "Shop") to consumers. Please read them before placing an order: you accept them when you confirm your order.
1. Who we are

2. Products and prices
We sell beard and hair care products. The main characteristics of each product are shown on its page. Photos are illustrative; small differences in colour or packaging may occur.
Prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you pay and are described in Shipping & returns.
3. How the contract is made
- Add products to your bag and press Checkout.
- Before paying, tick the box to confirm that you accept these terms.
- On the secure payment page (Stripe) you enter your delivery address and payment details and can check your order. Pressing the payment button is an order with an obligation to pay.
- The contract is made when we send you the order confirmation by email. The confirmation includes these terms, which you can save or print.
You can correct any input error before you press the payment button. The contract is concluded in English, Italian or Spanish, depending on the language of the Shop you use.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We never see or store your full card details. Your card is charged when you place the order.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the countries listed in Shipping & returns. Unless a different date is shown at checkout, we deliver within 30 days of the order confirmation. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or someone you name, receive the products.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. For an order with several items delivered separately, it ends 14 days after you receive the last item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — [COMPANY_NAME], [REGISTERED_ADDRESS], [CONTACT_EMAIL] — of your decision by a clear statement (for example an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your statement before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (not the extra cost of a more expensive delivery method you chose), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Send the goods back to [RETURN_ADDRESS] without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day you tell us about your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exception: sealed products
Under Article 59(1)(e) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery. Our cosmetic products are sealed: you can withdraw from the purchase of a product as long as its seal is intact.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Articles 128 and following of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), for defects that become apparent within two years of delivery. If a product is not in conformity, write to [CONTACT_EMAIL]: you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced or, where that is not possible, to a price reduction or to terminate the contract.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
